I turned the Holdsworth into a vintage-fixie-skidder-beater last night... Really wide risers, 47x21 ratio, brakless... All it needs now is some fattish 27" tyres, probably 1 1/4" Gators seeing as they skid quite nicely... Went for a late ride on it last night and it purrs like a kitten... So wrong, yet so right... I'll put a pic up later... :]

Sounds like a 'summer bike' to me!
This is a Holdsworth Pista, going to make it really comfortable, fancy some of those Scoble/Skully bars that are all like flatish but all like a bit bendy like n shit.

I've got some Allez bars you can have for £20... Like this...

This is what I have in mind:

^ Quite similar to what I've just chucked on my Holdsworth actually, I've leaned the risers back a bit... They feel good...

If you go down to the woods today...you may see my new fast-ified Goff.
Went out last night with a new lighting setup and a couple of photographer mates. Still waiting to get the shots back from t'other chap, who's a pro. But this will do for now! -

Okay that definitely look a bit risky to ride on the road, someone here managed to get flipped off his bike after hitting a pothole with clearance that tight.
Have you ever heard of anybody crashing like that?
I havn't..
Have you ever tried doing 40mph on a worn 250m wooden track? If the fork can take that kind of stress I don't see street riding being a problem..

I'll do you all proud, trust.
