whens he making yours james?

Mine was actually NOS, that was just a photo from the internet. It is real leather, but I haven't really looked after it that well so it's actually quite scuffed at the edges and it's got a few oily fingerprints on. Not sure how I should clean it?

It's fine apart from that though. From what I've seen standard yellow Flite's hold up better, but I like my SLR, it's very comfortable.

Hope it's better quality than my last Flite..

After a week (mostly wearing lycra):

I send it back to CRC, got a refund, bought another model (the one just a bit earlier than this one) and it did the same within a week...

Shitty crap saddles.. I have several black ones that never did this, and I have one of the older yellow real leather Flites never did this..

I hope your SLR holds out better.. It looks to be used so I guess it will :)

Beater, all it need is a 2 speed kickback coaster hubs, new tyres and bingo, it's quite nice to ride actually;

Incidentally I go this with a SA 3 speed and for £5. Doesn't go over jumps well.

@Frink, our place is the old railway station at Naburn, that we run as a cyclists cafe on sunny weekends. Look for the Moulton in the window! Kettle's usually on.

First single speed bike almost done;

Velosolex Mistral frame, 58 mm seat tubec-c,58 mm top tube c-c (4120 high strength cromoly steel).

New saddle, handlebar, tape, brake levers, silver cables and proper photos still missing.
