Trick wheels are finished. Pleased with them for my first ever build.
Chainreaction came through with some tyre bargains! I got a pair of michelin citys, tubes and rim tape for less than £30 delivered in the sale.
I've gone for 47c not just because of the super-cushion; but the larger outer diameter means I can run a lower gear ratio and not spin like a madman (28/13 is the plan).ummmm well then you still aren't running a low gear inch because.... ah fuck it.

I would describe my girlfriends bike as "girly" and I wouldn't ride it to work because the boys I work with would take the piss.
I would describe that original paint job as "gay" and I wouldn't ride the bike to work like that because the boys I work with would take the piss.
I am neither girlaphobic or homophobic.
I did also however call it bent wich was thoughtless and I am genuinely sorry if I offended anyone.
Apparently you are a nice guy..sooo...I added this bit so it didn't seem so harsh...however...
The fact you rattled canned that wicked frame is wrong...thats like someone keying your capri...it had a sunrise on it...i mean come on...thats like fucking scarface ...thats tony brgante right there...
however it is done and thats the milk I am not supposed to be crying over...so I won't ...next time post a picture of the frame just in case it doesn't have eddy merckx's signature on it...
though with regrd to listening to the 'boys' at work?
It's called getting a fucking spine and telling the cunts you work with to fuck right off.
you are better than that.

I absolutely love that you've used a GSPOrT front hub. Top marks.

just need to get some people to help push you along with those 1kg a piece tyres :-)

just finished this budget build (just over 200)-regret covering it with stickers though
but easy enough to remove
rides suprisingly like a dream
Nice brake. Might want to angle the lever down a bit or you'll kill your wrist. Also might be a good idea to put something on the end of the cable. -

Relax people it's just a bike FFS
keep the good projects coming
Holy shit I'm efamous! I made this image (added the crap arrows and text) a few years ago. Only posted it on a small forum so presumably someone pinched it and posted it somewhere else. INFAMY!

I'm guessing this one will be the same...Mine's 64cm C-T-C, 68cm C-T-T. It's sold/classed/listed as a 66cm.
Congratulations on the frame, Eingang. Mine is the best ever.

I think it might be one which was in the classifieds recently, a few pages back.

Tell me about it! It's easily the heaviest wheelset I've seen. Ah well! I won't be going too far/fast on it I wouldn't think. And I'll be reet comfy.
