Just finished correcting this, after the way it was sent to me.
However, I realised on my ride to london that it was too big for me. So if anyone wants to make an offer for it pm me:
specs are:
F.Moser Frame, all fully Moser panto'd Campag Super Record stuff.
All from 1970's, all original, bar left hand crank arm which is also panto'd campag SR, but one yr older than the rest. Campag hubs on Mavic tub rims. Campag every where else.
Saddle will be different than what is on there in photo.Edit: Size is a 55 st
56ish top tube.- ignore the front wheel, that was a temporary addition.

brian I think I hate you.
(not really)+1
Though hate is a strong word. Why can't my HK based mate bring me back these kind of goodies? I'll have to start writing a list for him.

I honestly can't believe how quickly some people on here go through bikes. I've been thinking about a new bike for a few months now, but am likely to procrastinate/save for a bit longer, and then spend the next 4 months getting parts in, during which time certain people on here will have gone through 6 bikes each. -

Hello all,
here is my bicycle in it's latest incarnation, I've learnt wheel building, and after having had great fun building these two, I've resprayed the frame to match:
saw this locked up in brick lane last week-ish? took a pic for a friend who's wanting to re-paint his fuji. Nice bike!

Cheers,
I was probably just the other side of a window keeping half an eye on her. The spraying wasn't too hard, just sanded it down to get something for the paint to grip to, then masked off the bits I wanted to keep. Several layers of paint and laquer later and job done.
I'm sure it will all start chipping off next week mind.

Ok, so i've finished my Raleigh Track...went for more of a classic build with this, but still with some more modern bits thrown in...think it works though. Am currently waiting on a 1970s chromed steel titan stem coming though, that'll complete it reeet nice i reckon?!

wow, what a paintjob. great bars too. it's as sweet as a carrot.
do you work in holloway cycles?
-
• #247
I worked at Holloway Cycles for ages, but am now currently residing as spanner monkey at sister shop Cavendish Cycles. How'dyaknow?!
Cheers for the comments....i'm super pleased with it. As Dale was saying to me today, the paint looks like lipgloss; lip-smackingly good!!

a ha. we met actually, i was going into holloway almost every day on my way home from school when i was building my new bike. i put the clues together and worked it out! don't worry, not stalking!
which reminds me, did i see you riding down holloway road on a red frame beast with a carbon deep-section front rim?
-
• #249
A ha, well hello then...what build were you putting together? And yeah that was probably me...and this is that same frame, just with a new lick o' paint and a slightly different build. Had a horrible thick red paintjob when i got it.
