  • Ah. Normal service resumed....

  • Thanks a lot as many forum members Know I buy and sell a lot of bikes but in the end it's to fund ending up with something like this I am really happy with the way it has turned out,and to be fair although I have taken a ribbing sometimes for my builds its being a big learning curve, for which I am gratefull now where is that pink chain lol.

Remember, beauty and the beast is in the eyes of the bee holder (or something).

  • KC that Carlton is lovely. A chrome track frame has always been on my 'list'

  • couldn't bare to keep seeing my new frame unclothed, so swapped components from my raleigh beater so i could ride it. blown away by how smooth it is.

    That is one nice frame.

  • @KC jeebus you got a lot of carlton going on. That one's nice!

  • My current project:
Eventually found a track frame, a beautiful one ...
Will demount the right brake lever and run with front brake as soon as I find a drilled front fork.

Although KC's does look fucking great...mind you, 177 crank arms are slightly dangerous on a fixed gear in my opinion...all sorts of cornering problems.

  • Is it the law that a lo pro must have a dodgy saddle angle? Every fucking one seems set up like that. It must feel like you're going downhill all the time.

    On the whole, yes.
If you are really really low your balls don't get on with a saddle thats horizontal. Or mine don't.

Nose down saddle is usually a sign of a nodder with a badly fitted bike
