No prob, I have a pair with the shield logo which have the engravings, and a modern pair on my bike. When I double checked, I rubbed off all the dirt from my bike ones and was amazed to see they were blank - I was convinced they were engraved!

Exactly, i went off ebay to do the business, so i'm meeting the guy in the middle of the street (as if i was buying smack), and everything was just too confusing, they looked alright and at the same time they didn't... anyway, you live and learn. Thanks again.

So how much are you getting them for?

edit: this is it. Don't buy these tho', I would guess they're gone, they're the ones I just bought, outside of ebay.
His feedback is flawless, and he's selling stuff of over a grand... he told me as long as people don't mind going cash on collection, he'll always be happy to lower the price.

Rake dosent matter to much
threaded 1" steerer tube about 6inches long, I dont mind what there made out of, I just cant ride coz i havent got another spare set.

its just a dongle that fits in between the cable, doesn't wobble or rattle just sits there, i could attach it but not much point!

the guy is sound actually, i guess i might have overreacted last night...
...still, this is what I was about:

looks a little like modified strada to me. except the chain ring bolt holes are recessed tho.

it wasn't modified, you can see it better in person, it's just badly finished... hence they looking cheap.
like said above.. it might just be a bit common to the latest models, but you wouldn't expect that from Campagnolo Record.

pretty much how I bought it, don't have the funds to upgrade anything yet. Not a great picture I know but you get the idea :)

Yeah I think it is a unipack. It's my first fixie and I got it to upgrade, tbh it does what I need it to do for now :) Yeah just chucked the back wheel on for the photo hence the slack chain.

I picked up some Record cranks earlier this year from here and I must say the finish and quality was outstanding.

have to say nunknow i woulkd be sceptical of a poor finish on campag compnents, my record cranks are absolutely porn worthy, even my cheap road groupset (think its xenon) is realy well finished.

£150 isnt that cheap really to be honest, i paid less from total cycling last year but then again the economy has fucked itself since then so sure the off the shelf prices are frightening by now.
