If you were going for a stealth look then MATT paint would have been better than gloss.
Matt black from *Armoutex *

i'd prefer it if my kuota was black like your fuji, not very keen on flashy colour schemes - just makes me more paranoid about getting mugged!

I am looking to singlespeed my current road bike an east european Altrix or maybe find something on the bay with xmas and birthday money. So should have something singlespeed wise in the early part of next year.

• #1965

-
• #1966
It's second hand. No posh cunt would buy a second hand bike.. Cumdoor or not.

• #1967
Alright then which drops are you going for then? Oversize carbon bars?
-
• #1968
No idea but they certainly won't be carbon, probably some cheap alu jobbies. This bike is going to replace the Cuntster and will be treated like shit.. as my commuters tend to be.. so nothing expensive.

Not these then?
Not drops but these would be nice? No?

Nope, pass. Both look quite silly. It's just a commuter.

I've got a couple of Cinelli Vai stems (100mm and 120mm) and some Cinelli ergo bars that look pretty similar to those. Will post pics tomorrow night if you're interested.

Bought this last week...
It WILL get fully campag-ed up, you know, derailleurs, shifters and all that business, when budget allows, but for now I'm gonna use what I have and buy a few bits to make it fixed. I have thought long and hard about this, but the fact is I have this beautiful frame sat in my flat and I really want to ride it. It will be fairly cheap to get it on the road, and I'll get to ride it every day (except if its raining or if I'll need to lock it up anywhere, and there's always the Pug for those days).
Components:
Cinelli 1A stem 90mm - in the post
Cinelli Criterium bars - in the post
Paul brake lever - in the post
Campag Centaur front brake - already got
Miche HF/ Open Pro wheelset - already got
Brooks B17 - already got
Stronglight track crankset - already gotThe brake lever, cranks and saddle are slightly wrong I know, but fuck it, they're decent quality and will work very effectively. The Brooks literally became comfortable a couple of weeks ago, about three months after I bought it, but is now really really nice to sit on...
All I need now is a seat post and bar tape. Been outbid on a few on ebay that have gone for silly money, so if anyone has a nice Campag 27.2 they are willing to part with please let me know!
Then I'm thinking some nice classic looking white bar tape to finish it off. Also - if anyone has any 80s Campag components they would like to sell let me know...
