  • 95% finished. Just waiting for black grips and trying to work out how to finish off the forks. Wet n dryed the decals but now left with 'dull' abrasion marks so prob need to re-gloss or just re-spray them all black

  • I love that bike, dibs if you ever want to sell it

  • Looks good, lovely finish, could do with some decals to break it up a bit though, dont know what to suggest though....

Agree, maybe some Bianchi decals would be fitting. Was thinking of stripping my alu frame as I have all black parts too but they do look a bit bare.

  • I won't be getting any Bianchi decals, that was the main reason for me stripping it. Might try and get some 'Don Walker'

  • I know a blind one-handed thalidomide spastic that can knock you some up. Gimme a pm if interested.

  • Don't put any decals, it's looking gorgeous as it is G!

  • Put some LEADER sticker on.

  • Now paint it gorgeous baby blue & put decals on it.:o)

  • my new polo-project

    your fork is on backwards.

  • No it's not, it's a speedway bike.

  • No it's not, it's a speedway bike.

with reversed trail? fucked up. googles speedway bike to see what the fawk is going on

    i found nothing.

someone clue me in as to why any kind of bike would want a negative trail, or what this speedway crap is.

  • i still think the fork is on backwards.

  • i found that website and looked at every bike on it. they all look normal to me, with a positive, albeit small rake.

    his has a negative rake.

  • i get it man. you're showing me photos of bikes. maybe you should use words. maybe tis and tat.

i have yet to see one where the rake is negative.

  • it's a speedway bike, need the zippy handling to fight corner after a burst acceleration I suppose

I find that the more rake the fork have, the harder it is to turn tightly while going too fast, I only discovered that when I was racing against my missus on my dutch bike.

  • It has neither positive or negative rake. Its a mother fucking zero rake fork!
And its on the right way round.

  • yea man but there more to it than that. Steeper the angle, the less rake you need to keep a positive trail on the bike.

  • negative rake is the new tight clearance.

  • You should check out the speedway video on youtube, some of them are pretty gnarly.

  • here;

YouTube - Cycle Speedway Euro Club Champs: FINAL

you can see why a zero rake fork work well in speedway.
