OOh those Pinarello Frame & Forks are rather special! I look forward to seeing them in the Classifieds section soon, in all their glory :-)

as nice as Pins are, i always hate the curvy fork.
that bianchi can go left or right. looking forward to seeing it built. certainly a mean looking frame.

I will at some point, when I am board with it.
But only for an obscene amount of money + hipster tax.
Its hipster gold I tell you, a white, Campagnolo, proper track disc, Hipster gold!

I can't wait to see that rust bucket all jazzed up too!Cheers Sakky. Molly's bars were the other way up (so with a slight rise), and they looked miles better, but she prefers the hand position that the bike's got now... still planning on putting bullhorns on it eventually.
Picking up the de-rustified rust bucket tomorrow. -

thought i d try out an old projector screen to get that faux 'studio' look. as you can see the screen's fractionally too small, hence the cutoff. anyway, pretty much have this bike how i want it now.

dude thats classy. lose the graphic and get a matching wheel rear wheel. or not. nice stuff.
-
• #14849
cheers. yeh, never been one for matching wheelsets. just use what i have lying around
i guess at the end of the day it's a pursuit frame with risers, so it's always gonna look odd/ a bit stupid -

Just got this off the bay, a raleigh record ace with shimano 600 parts.
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180398819211&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT
Bargain for £62, but hadnt noticed the forks are a little bent, should be able to straighten them quite easily, i am stripping it down to ride it fixed, and i was wandering how much the full chainset and gearset was worth? its all shimano 600 and in pretty good nick. I imagine the shimano 600 components are from the 80's since thats when the bike was built.
So to reiterate, how much is the shimano 600 gear and chainset worth?
thanks

KINGCUTTER; Nice... Carbon is the new black :)
