Err, yeah, will get it back to you this week mate! Sorry about the delay...but at least I know you were thinking about me whilst cobbling together the new bike hehe ;-)

  • Geared time trial project bike. Lo-Pro Harrison. Looks like it's from 1988, from what I can tell. Will be kitting it out with campag kit from it's day, over time. New SPDs and close ratio cassette on the way for now.

    That's a 24" front wheel and 700c rear.

  • Side profile, sorry for the shit photo. hand-held fail...

  • I must one of the very few who does'nt a have low pro at the moment.Keep seeing pictures of them on here and getting very interested in them. They still look mean and a little bit naughty!.

  • bring me your fix..

  • very very nice

    sort that cable out though

  • nice
    pleasant bicycle

  • Gorgeous bike Scarlet.

    What colour is it?

  • Anti!!

Only jokin Murt, looks great! :)

Henry, you'll have to paint yours sick green now!

  • sort that cable out though

    Yawn.

    Gorgeous bike Scarlet.

    What colour is it?

I think Corny's the expert in these matters.

  • Good stuff Murt and Scarlett. Both look like great bikes.

  • Does that mean the purple family?

  • Er... :S

  • Sort of 'metallic' :p

  • @bmmf

    titanium?

  • I hope that's a Ti Bottle cage.

  • It's ti-ano. I'm not spending £20+ on a Ti bottle cage. I like those mtb Specialized ones - good grip.

There's a new seatclamp on the way (bit beefier), and I'm building a set of winter wheels (Excellight/On-One/CX-Ray), so that'll add about 250g; but I can deal with it, really ;) At the moment, all in, with pedals/cage/computer/disgracefully messy computer cable, it's 6.5kg, but not at all noodly.

Those IRD Niobiums - @ 390g actual weight - might not hold up well to winter abuse, specifically the braking surface on the front. I want them to last a bit.

  • nice frame bumpf.

  • Liking the Murthouse.

Here's something that's been on my to-do list for a while:

    To do:
    1) Lace up rear hub to a rim
    2) Powdercoat frame
    3) BB/pedals/bars/stem/blah
    4) Maybe paint the spok
