If you have a pipe wrench, you can grib it with that and use strips to secure the handle.
That's how I got mine out of the GF's bike. -

I managed to get it out by jamming wire coat hangers in the pin holes and twisting them. Worked in this case, it must have been nice and loose.

electric Bullitt, should be fun! just don't try to balance it like a normal bike at low speed and make sure the front wheel doesn't slide out on wet/mucky roads, you'll be on your side within the blink of an eye
