Never mind, went at it with two coat hangers and it eventually came out!

here . As it has a RH thread, you need to tighten the bolt with a socket inside the BB shell. M14 is likely to be the best fastener size.

Sorted the rebuild of the old disc and glued on a tire. Now just need a velodrome in the country.

If you do, use a bracket. Alu doesn't like being bent.

Talking about bending alu, I took a very low speed tumble today and my crank now doesn’t clear the chainstay, anyone got a Shimano 1050 DS crank in 170mm they would be willing to sell me?

Or any 130bcd cranks really

Very much depends which alloy

Should have said >cheap shit alu used for racks doesn't like being bent
