Needs some fettling on the clamp/shifter interfacing surfaces but working well.

I assumed as much so googled "lugged 953" as well... it looks like Saffron have done it in the past (along with a few others), so there is hope - hurray!

You can get adapters to change your hub fitment from 12mm TA to QR, for example, but can I screw something in to my FORK to take it from 15mm TA to 12mm TA?

been looking at that for a while now, can't find anything.
