i made 'toad in the hole' with fluffy white mash potato and onion gravy yesterday..
tonight i made chicken tikka masala, with roasted plantain, onion/tomato/coriander salad, rice.. missus made rhubarb crumble and custard..

possibly the best three things i have ever tasted are:-

2. guiness marmite
   
3. limoncello
