I've been on stage and sang with toots & the maytals.

Like a fucking (13 year old) boss.

  • Nuno, if I go O cantinho, what should I be ordering?

  • I just cooked and ate, with my friend,
2 small racks of baby back ribs in a bbq (coke marinade) sauce
a spatchcock chicken in a jerk sauce (well jerk spices from a schwarz thing mixed with coke and some other things)
    nom.

  • O GOD that festival looks depressing. I guarantee there'll be nothing wild about it.

  • Literally eating marzipan from the Tesco baking section.

  • marzipan is incorrect

Just dont watch the video on the website. poc values right there

  • Back to more important things, I knocked together an awesome dinner from random fridge ingredients tonight.

Sliced some new potatoes fairly thinly, sauteed in olive oil until brown, then added a sliced apple, cooked a bit more, then added some chopped black pudding. cooked through then served with a creme freche and dijon mustard sauce.

    Was fucking great!

We also topped it off by cracking the bottle of champagne in the fridge (which Mike took great delight in spraying over me Grand Prix style) to celebrate exchanging contracts on our new house that has a fucking massive kitchen.

  • Nice one claire.
    Champagne spraying is fun.

  • Oranges are good. Im having my first orange in about 10 years.
