2 greek stuffed vine leaves
1 hard boiled egg
2 table spoons of greek giant beans in tom/herb sauce
qtr tin of tuna
1 tomato

all mixed up together.... YUM

I beg to differ, MOC has a garlic obsession, which at times makes it offensive to actually go near him let alone kiss him. My mum to compound matters bought him a 'garlic lovers kit' for xmas this year, however it came with a packet of green cardomon pods, even with the most epic of garlic breath, he chews one for a bit (he says they make him produce an inordinate amount of saliva) spits it out, then he has nice a nice kissable non garlic face again.

I will believe you, in that case. You know, I eat a shit load of garlic and it's never even occurred to me it might cause offence to an intimate acquaintance. Ah well. Fuck 'em :)

i have just made some bannana cake. used the wrong kind of sugar and added some dark rum as it's rude not to. no idea if it's going to come out o.k.? only an hour to wait...

probably should have turned the oven down a bit and baked it for longer but at least it has risen and is moist and fluffy inside. can't taste the rum much though should have put more in.

Just pour some over the top till the cake floats. You can call it 'banana cake float'. And just use both hands to drink from the bowl. And then throw the cake away, it will be soggy.

i could do that but i only have a bit of angostura 8 year old rum left and would rather drink that (used the dregs of a bottle of myers dark rum in the cake)

this week it's all been about what I can do with Chillies;** Scotch Bonnets** actually.
So far this week I have made Slow cooked beef with Chillies in a organinc venetian chocolate sauce with chunky courgettes lain on a bed of white basmati with grated 80% coco chocolate as garnish
(impressed myself)
Tonight
I grilled Courgettes with garlic olive oil and finely diced scotch bonnet peppers, green pepper and a banana (seperately just to see)
I plated the courgette and green pepper on a bed of buttered rice.
Pretty good actually.

just made a light chicken curry with coconut milk and grilled banana, they go wonderfully together.
