yeah, but recipe!!!!!!
ALRIGHTT!!!! jjjeeeeezzzzz....
:DMixed Berry Muffins
Preparation (total) - 30min.
Level - Anyone can do it.Stuff innit:
• 1/2 Cup Butter
• 3/4 of a Cup Sugar (additional icing sugar for sprinkling)
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla (pods or extract)
• 3/4 Cups Sour Cream
• 2 Cups Self-Raising Flour
• 1/4 Tsp. Baking soda
• 1/2 Tsp. Salt
• 1 Cup frozen Blueberries
• 1 Cup frozen Raspberries
How to:
You have a bowl yeah, put butter innit. Mix the sugar inside,
and the eggs, one by one. Then Vanilla and Sour cream.
This is the batter, mix it well, very, very well.
Another bowl, something else equally amazing about to happen.Sift together flour-salt-baking soda, into the batter, pout the berries
on top.
VERY IMPORTANT NOW!.. you don't want to stir all this together,
simply fold it 2/3 times, til sorta blending happens.Spoon it to a 12 1/2 Cup Muffin tray, covered individually with
baking paper. Bake at 200º for 20/25min, or until golden on top.
Oven should be really fucking hot when used.
Serve with thick DBL cream.
Don't eat everything alone.*The amount for 1 'Cup' should be according to the size of the Sour Cream cup.
Makes sense. -

Yeah I've been thinking in opening something original, around East London.
Somewhere to share my recipes, and love for bikes... Imagine:Loads of mixed, old furniture, big ass sofas and cushions, WI-FI available.
And then.... Coffee, the best selections... all of this served with a good
share of Irony and Sailor tattoos.
I'd called it, Tree Angle - and I'd have people on Fridays, Art
students going wild on Ketamine until 6 in the morning. Sounds totally cool,
and awesome. And original. Lol.
I'd have to open another Flickr account, just to post my customer pictures.

I think we're gonna have a porchetta (like below, nom) again this year (tho' much smaller than last year's, which was gargantuan and lasted 'til almost new year) and a simple roast chicken... Just the two of us so no sense in going crazy...

I would rather Chicken than turkey, nicer flavour and stays moist. My mum likes a big bird though.

^ They look awesome! ^
I just made muffin sized cup cakes! First time I've ever baked a cake in my life. Girlfriend says "just follow a recipe, and don't experiment because you don't know what you're doing". I mostly followed the recipe, but experimented a bit. I now have massive cup cakes, BRIGHT pink icing, some sprinkles (mashed up malteasers and grated dark choc), and a suprise in the middle of each cake.
They probably taste like shit.

Delicious too :-)
Could have been a bit more generous with the batter I think. Some of them were distinctly runt-ish.
yeah. what he said.
