    C+ would eat again.

  • well it's obviously not authentic. Neither is chicken tikka masala. who gives a fuck?

  • mushrooms in goo, grey mullet and apple pie.

    Selling it well there ...

  • Nigella is painful to watch on TV - its like one long Marks & Spencer Food Ad, but I have cooked a lot of her recipes and they've all tasted bloody good.

Right, off to make French Keftedes.

Those who cannot find good Mexican food in London and whose odds of doing so won't increase if people think that Mexican Lasagne is as good as it gets.

But that's just me then is it?

  • what is this mexican lasagne you speak of?

  • how I hear you TheorySwine!

  • to be fair - at least she is unapollegetically posh and has yet to jump on the millionaire celebrity chefs telling poor people how to live their lives bandwagon.

  • Oy. Benedict Arnold, gimme back my Carnitas recipe....

It's like shootin' sea bass in a barrel... ;]

  • That looks so nice and moist. Looks more a brownie to me, not that I'm arguing of course.

    Leftovers this way please.

I know what you mean, looks a bit more cakey here

It isn't thick enough to be a brownie. Very moist though......and rich. Don't think there will be any leftovers!

  • how I hear you TheorySwine!

How I see you in such vivid technicolor, technicolor

  • *still waiting on mexican lasagne explanation

  • The mexican lasagne was atrocious, both as an idea and in execution

Nothing to see here...this is not a recipe you want...move along....

That's because each portion of almost everything she makes contains atleast 200g of butter. I like butter, but even I wince when she throws half a block into one bowl of pasta!

    Found it.

  • ^American recipes;

'1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of celery soup'
'1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup'
