I boiled it 10min in the vegetable stock I made for the risotto, then let it rest until cooled down, opened like a rose usig a fork, seasoned with salt, pepper and white wine, pan fried top and bottom.

Really? I've been doing a fair bit and I didn't think it was that hard. Maybe due to LOTS of different ingredients and prep. Maybe I'm just doing the easy ones?!

I use both Plenty and Plenty More as well as Jerusalem and not come across any problems. Once you have all the ingredients in it's plain sailing.
