Made a rabbit ragu last night after a colleague shot one for me. Slowly cooked in proper chicken stock, wine, veg, porcini and anchovies. Flavour is strong. Looking forward to it tonight as well!

I got excite at the variety of cuts available in Morrisons and bought 400g pig cheeks and two trotters. Any ideas? Slow cook obvs, but what styles? Maybe Asian Hugh FW style, garlic ginger soy and apple juice...

Let me know how it is - I was tempted by one of those at Christmas but when I popped into Lidl they'd sold out!

Mum and Dad got one of those hams from Lidl at Christmas. When I was there two weeks ago there was still quite a bit left. If you see one, grab it, they are well worth it.

For thirty English quids I figured it was worth a punt. I'll probably OD and never eat it again.

30 quid!? The empty shelf had a 99 quid price tag when I was there! Bargain.

I founf slicing it thin enough was a pain. Also better if you have somewhere cool to hang it.
