That looks amazing CYOA, though I've got one of my favourite home-made lunches today so jealousy is subsiding - lime and coriander cous cous, slow roasted tomatoes, red onions and green peppers, with chopped up grilled 'sicilian' pork sausages (garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella)

Crikey, thats impressive looking. Im used to sucking out 1x1cm chunks of marrow out of little cuts of meat. But thats like a bellyfull of marrow! Do you eat it with a spoon?

So I made some Sushi.
It was my first attempt at inside out maki- made with Haddock.
Then some smoked salmon Eggcup sushi- stuffed with spring onions and cucumber, and some of the salmon and avocado maki, and a vegetable sushi as we had tonnes left over!

Eggcup. That's traditional. I can never make the rice bit of a nigri, and tried to use a lego mould but the
sizes were all wrong. Eggcups ftw. Good work.

I used to name mine after characters in Dad's Army. Godfrey was always the one where the slice was a bit infirm, and dropped into the bottom of the yolk, needing to be retrieved with a teaspoon.

I made pea, yellow zucchini and mint brown rice risotto today.
Tomorrow, stuffed zucchini flowers with ricotta.
