Rillettes comes in a tub and is fucking delicious.
This too. Best served with appropriate condiments and a pair of sexy eyes across the table.

Is that the stall in Camden?
My mate used to have a stall next to his, he was rather envious of that guy's profit margins... Rolling in it...

Brighton.
New stall so had to try. However, yeah, quite a bit of money for a sandwich.
Good though.

My local turkish shop recently started to sell tenderloin for €12.50 / kg. I couldnt believe it at first, but you can't really fake a tenderloin. Though it's not the best quality meat, it still tastes delicious and is extremely tender.I bought one this afternoon and started cooking:
First cook egg noodles in very little water and a generous gulp of dark soy sauce.
Keep it boiling until almost everything is either soaked up or vaporated. Set aside.
Chop an onion, two cloves of garlic and 2 small red lombok peppers.
Fruit them and add fresh ground black pepper.
When properly fruited, add bean sprouts and stir a bit
Meanwhile sort the other ingredients. Mushroom sauce, oister sauce, ketjap manis, curry masala powder, 5 spice powder.
Then add the sliced tenderloin and keep stirring till slightly browning.
Add the other ingredients and stir well. At this point you gotta move fast because you don't want your meat overcooking.
2 tbsp mushroom sauce
2 tbsp oister sauce
1 tbsp ketjap manis
2 tsp curry masala powder
pinch of 5 spice powder
Add the noodles and stir up. Just before serving add chopped spring onion and flat leaved parsley, mix it up well.

Meh my literal translation from Dutch.. It's like frying slowly until it becomes glassy/transparent... Can't seem to find the right word.
On the shitty photos, taken in a rush while trying to stir the food, and in that dirty kitchen I admit it doesn't look too good. But damn, it is delicious!

Sorted.
Looks so yummy.
Mrs mashton was out tonight so it was steak night. 600g of rib eye, peppery swede mash, griddled lettuce and a red wine, cassis and rosemary sauce. Washed down with an ice cold glass of Paulaner.
If I'm honest, I enjoyed it more than afternoon tea at Claridge's this afternoon - Christmas present to my mum.

Pets loves canned food, apparently is more addictive for them to eat canned than for humans talking and posting about food. The humans are not canned though.
