Had a Swiss cheese, onion ring and candied bacon burger from mother flippers this morning, a delicious start to the day.

Ragu simmering gently in the pot... Ground beef, pork, some bacon, tin of anchovies, 1.5l of passata and topped up with beef stock... Coupla big veal and beef bones in there too... Should be ready in another three hours or so...
