Nah from 'that' trip.
I have actually had 9 different cheeses in fridge and only just got to the Comte.
One is a good 300+grams worth.

Ragu simmering gently in the pot... Ground beef, pork, some bacon, tin of anchovies, 1.5l of passata and topped up with beef stock... Coupla big veal and beef bones in there too... Should be ready in another three hours or so...
