I found this crazy rose syrup in Tesco. Tastes like liquid Turkish Delight.
So, suggestions for how to use it anyone? So far I'm coming up with 'make Turkish Delight' and that's about it.
Xander, cooked with coconut? Feeling cravings for the coconut beer? -

Made bergamot tart the other week. Like Lemon Tart but with the scent of Earl Grey. Pretty incredible. You can buy bergamots at Fern Varrow on Maltby Street market.

It might be a botched baklava if I'm too lazy to go to the shops but that sounds like a brilliant idea. Hahaha, I was only teasing about the coconut.
Chocolate mayonnaise... Um, what? Why? Who? How?
Bergamot tart sounds amazing, I made Earl Grey cupcakes once, they were underwhelming.

Yeah, but I have no nuts in my house, except I suppose those of my flatmate's but I think he'd object and the food wouldn't taste very nice...
Also, no honey, but I have maple syrup? We'll see how it goes.

I'd go for a creme brulee if you want something easy, options are endless as well.
