Ha! Thanks I think... Taken in the bathroom of a hotel in Nanchang through a filthy window onto a smoggy night... Self timer setting on the olympus xa, one of my favourite things about those cameras!
There are more night shots on my Flickr....

^true that, I love how putting the self timer on also gives you a little foot to stand the camera up
really cool pictures

So I basically knew I'm not going to buy any BW400CN anymore (as it's shit) -
put the last I had lying around in the Mju-II to see if excessive taping would shut its light leaks.
So now I'm scanning some of those, and - apart from the fact that the cheap dev option gave myriads of spots and scratches on each negative -
there are probably some of the best pictures I ever took with that film on this roll.. -

Minolta Freedom Escort (P&S), agfa vista plus (fixed, cheers drew87)
I think this is the best price vs. quality point and shot I've ever handled, got it for like 3£ (came in job lot of Minolta p&s cameras) and I'm just excited to use it again once I'm done testing the other cameras!!!
P.S. The photos all you guys are posting are just amazing!!!!

Also why not post medium sized images that fit in browser windows of "normal" laptops?

Because it's sloping or because it's boring? Was just the most obvious/latest example of my inability to compose properly a lot of the time.

That sloping! I'd complain about it, but I haven't shot a straight picture in 5 years.

I think I need to go back with a shorter lens and get the whole installation in shot though, even at 7:30 am there were people about getting in my way :(

It's one of the things I hate about a lot of my pictures, even my favourite would be a lot better if they were straight. I think I often rush composition because I think people will move/notice me/run me over.
