First one is so fucking nice.
I agree, gorgeous images. I think the b&w one is slightly less successful, but I like everything about the other two. Great work.

There's an Xpan on sale here:

I think the general opinion is that it's a) very nice, and b) very expensive.
Check this review, if you have not already: http://www.stockholmviews.com/xpan/Personally, I would ask myself whether I really would want to shot
a) "panoramas" in general, b) if I'd really want to do this non-digitally,
and c) if I then wanted to do it on something small like 35mm.I think I'd rather opt for a large format field camera like a Toyo 45CF if I went the analogue route,
and rather get a real wide, distortion-free lens that I can do more stuff with, if I went digital
(and crop the 3x4 image to a 'panorama' if I'd want one). -

^
the justification for Xpan is I want a rangefinder 35mm anyway, so I am looking at M6 but if I can get rangefinder + panoramic camera for the same (maybe less) cost then why not, size really is not an issue; although I will have to offload my X100 to buy this .. Will mainly shoot B&W and develop at home.
Apart from the fact that its a Leica, M6's greatest advantage for me is the robustness of it, then the size.
The downside is I will never be able to afford a decent Leica glass anyway.
I was looking into alternatives to M6 like Bessa and Zeiss Ikon as well ..

You should be clear about what you're actually going to do with the thing,
and what exactly your requirements are, concerning high end image quality. This article may be interesting for you:

^ on paper the Leica looks lame compared to the competition and the price.
There are 2 things that leica stands out for. 1. personal preference 2. availability for example there is 1 Zeiss Ikon on ebay atm and no Minolta CLE (not in UK)Again Bessa is widely available, but dont really want to go that route.
Xpan stands out the most because it is also a rangefinder (i.e. can be used as any of the above) PLUS a panoramic camera with size only 20% bigger than the most. The cost is almost similar.

Slow lenses, constant vignette and constant panorama sound like hell to me. Get the Leica, you know you want to
-
• #4815
There's center filters, and you can shoot non-panorama mode too, but yea..
..buy an XPan if you really want to shoot panoramas on film a lot.
..if not go Leica, if too expensive go best alternative, I'd say. -

how about voigtlander bessa?
-
• #4817
Had Bessa. Gateway drug to Leica - skip the Bessa and get a cheap M6, or maybe a Leica CL if you can find one.

Bessa is widely available, but dont really want to go that route.
how about voigtlander bessa?

Hexar AF is an excellent camera imo. one of my favourite; would buy a second one to have it loaded with colour film if i had the money.
Amey, perhaps that's something for you.

Looks like the perfect street shooter if you like 35mm lenses. It's my favourite focal length and I'm struggling with the noise from my voigtlander, but as someone said upthread it's just a pre-leica solution. Tempting though!

35mm is good for street, but the thing can't shoot faster than 1/250 right?
beautiful images!
