been a while since i last posted, albeit i'm more of a lurker anyway...
went through a roll of ektar 100 by the lake a few weekends back.
shot on a Canon EOS 3, Sigma 50mm f/1.4

next roll will be some portra 800, which i've never tried before...

Ektar = magenta (sometimes, when it feels like it, with no warning) but amazing inky blacks.

Patiently waiting for film dev to call me about my films, although looks like its gonna be next week before I get them back.

They're closed until Friday for maintenance, I rang today checking mine had arrived with them.

Yeah sent them special delivery last tuesday, had hoped it would have been ready.

Got them back today surprisingly. Pretty happy with the results, need to properly look over them tonight not sure if I prefer the Fuji Pro 400 or Portra 400.

New camera is here - off to buy a battery and shoot a roll of test film!

Nice, I'm planning to pick one of these up pretty soon.

got some films developed from the last 4 months on an Olympus Mju 2 i picked up off ebay in May. It was listed as "fully tested" but as you can see has a fat light leak both from the back and at the side which is really frustrating.
