Hey guys, just got a roll back and there's nothing on the roll. Which is weird. I shot it with a mju ii.

How can I tell if I fucked it up or they fucked it up processing.

If there are marks on the edges of the film, like the name, iso, frame number that have developed then but the rest is black then you've not let light hit it.

If it's all black then it's been light leaked.

If it's all clear, I.e. no markings then it might be a dev cock up. Fixer first maybe.

only have pushed chm400 (kentmere400) to 800 and that was perfectly fine, guess it could take 1600 too, will try soon, think it depends on the film though

anybody got experience with fisheye? looking for a simple option to start, first

I have a fisheye adaptor that fits on the filter threads or a MFT Samyang 7.5mm fisheye lens. Both for sale.

I've got a really old Pentax 17mm fisheye which I don't use as much as I should. It's nice but very limited, there's no/negligible coatings on the glass so if there's any light source in frame it flares like crazy. The glass is also mildly radioactive which sets off airport scanners whenever I go away with it. If I was looking for another for 35mm/full frame I'd try and get one of the Zenit ones with a slight lens hood and some coatings.

Just binged 'Vaeroy island' ... wow! Did you do any cycling there? Looks incredible.

Not sure what to make of this. Stuff shot on Kodak's new smartphone (plus some filters pehaps) looks like scanned film? It really does look like Ektar to me.

Absolutely great. The squiffy horizon is setting off my OCD tho...

Yes, we cycled 12 days on the islands and spent two days on Værøy. I'm (slowly) going through my pictures and adding some to Flickr. The place is, as you said, incredible.
