  • 1st one is excellent. Amazing colours!

  • Haveo - great shots! The last two in particular.

Seems a shame to have the time stamp on them though.

  • I've never heard of Fortia but you've got me curious now SK.

The tiny bits of vibrant green in the first shot look incredible.

  • it's pretty much velvia x10, super saturated and contrasty and quite hard to shoot since it has so little latitude
unfortunately it's long gone as it was a limited run in japan only, a decade ago... I got a 5 pack from a guy on yahoo auctions who was selling off a load he'd had deep frozen till now

  • I hope you all like pictures of fucking flowers.

'Bored of flowers' means 'bored of life' (or something). I always enjoy your posts.

  • @haveo that last shot (with the the dateprint matching the taillights) is totally fantastic. The 2nd shot there (the fella descending the stairway) also has something interesting.

  • I'm putting some photos up (a post each day) on my instagram. They are a series and something I'd like to continue – all taken around the same time-of-day over a few days in January to March.

All these were shot in Gloucester, on PoundlandVista, with an Olympus OM1n.

  • This one isn't going up ... so is an LFGSS exclusive!

It's a converted docks building. Rather than for commercial use it's dusty, a bit neglected ... and appears to be dedicated to the promotion of Welsh singer Aled Jones MBE.

  • Cheers @miro_o and @nefarious.

I actually really like the time stamps, I take pictures to document what I see and I think it adds to the images. Also helps me remember when I took the pictures haha

  • I could never really figure out whether I like or dislike those time stamps.
I like the documenting element and that the images are 'signed' in a way for example.
At the same time it's weird to have something 'alien' in there that's obviously not captured by the lens - and then it's digital numbers within a analogue picture, it's weird.
    Sometimes it works.

Like in that last shot with the tunnel it works well for me.
Really like that one by the way, nice mood and nice composition.

  • Cheers

I agree it works better in some shots then others. I don't think they are too intrusive though, the way it prints it on gives it a softness, they don't really draw your eye from the image for me.

  • More from the mju ii, fujicolour 100

  • Really nice colour and light in these.. like the first one especially.

    I miss my Mju-II...

  • Didn't know there was a date version of the mjuII until these were posted.

Date stamps are still trendy as fuck.

I like them because I was a 90s teen and dig the irreverence.

  • 2+minute exposures, in a very dimly lit church.

  • Is that Sedlec Ossuary?
    Fascinating.

  • Just got some ADOX CMS 20 in the post for the Rolleicord, kind of nervous as my hit rate with the Rollei is pretty patchy.

That said I got some back I'm happy ish with, these were shot on Kodak TMAX 400.

  • @Sam_Doman ..that second one is proper good!

@haveo ..again very nice. Like the pool one the most..

@mi7rennie ..nice tones, looking pretty smooth for TMax!

  • Ah I got mixed up its actually 400tx

  • Ha, I thought this may be the case..

  • rI tried the fabled Ektar pushed to 400 finally. The colors are super fucked up, it has the magenta that overdeveloped c41 gets and the blue shadows that underexposed Ektar gets... it's fixable in post but it's a bit of an effort. I might try it again with more careful shooting and getting it processed at a pro lab (to remove any potential weirdness due to my home dev) but for me this roll was a mostly a failure.

  • also finally found 30 mins to take my pentax 67 out and shot a roll around my neighborhood (cross processed kodak e64)

  • Love that last one :)
