@oliver, unfort the lactose free cheese is not vegan, they just add lactase. but i am sure people have invented vegan pizza.
@kattt, granted there is a bit of a detour in the recipe to keep it dairy free, if you are ok with lactose then cream and chocolate is all you need for a good canache.
