What a palaver! Think this whole democratic t-shirt lark must be a right pain in the bum, seems like VB and his test models deserve serious thanks and a jar or two for endeavoring to make everyone happy (Written with the full self awareness that my lardy arse wingeing was part of the problem).
Anyway, now that we have the XL sizing sorted lets move onto colors: I want a purple polka dotted WAC one off sewn with gold lame, a khaki and turquoise tie die airfix made by a genuine californian hippy with long toe nails and I want my rider t-shirt branded by armani...

Just to confirm I have ordered:
rabbit small x1I went through the whole thread at 7am this morning, if you had posted you've got your order.
what kind of T was decided for the smalls?
The S bamboo were too large, so I'm asking for a black cotton shirt with a pit to pit measurement around 41cm to 42cm. A proper small shirt. The exact brand will be known later today or tomorrow morning once the printers have measured the various manufacturers small shirts and chosen the closest to a decent small size. We're aiming for small, but not skin-tight... it should have a little room for air and movement given that you're on a bike and may have a bag.

Airfix = 131
Rabbit = 99
WAC = 50
Total = 280At the moment it doesn't look like the shop that was interested is having any (unless they get back to me in the next 90 minutes).
This will only be done once, there will be no re-prints of these shirts.
I've ordered 1 or 2 extra of some designs, the only exception is WAC XL... if you haven't said you want one you're not now getting one.
With the padding in place, we have 308 T-shirts being ordered... and my credit card is going to take an absolute hammering on this.
There are 169 people ordering the 280 shirts. So you won't see everyone wearing one... just the forum masses.
We're going to post everything we can. As in... I'd rather spend a couple of evenings stuffing envelopes and printing labels than spend weeks and months slowly drip-feeding them to drinking sessions across London. This also helps me get the money back sooner rather than later and all via one method, which means I can pay back my credit card (which will fund the manufacturing).
The final price is £12 per shirt, but P&P will be added as will a PayPal surcharge too.
If you can't do PayPal... let me know why... you have a debit/credit card right? You will be sorted out, it's just more hassle and this is already quite a logistical job.
The designers of the shirts most surely do not pay.
I'll build in the payment system in the next few days.

If you want any help stuffing envelopes, or running to post office, give me a shout

I'm going to do the thing where you pay £50 and the post office comes around with lots of grey bags and you stuff them, and they take them all away.
Yeah it's £50... but carrying the better part of 300 shirts to a post office and dealing with counter staff is an experience I can live without :)
Thanks for the offer though... may take you up on the stuffing part.

It will be PayPal... I'm not 100% positive on how to implement it yet... I'll code it tomorrow.
Most likely is that it will be a single page on this site, that knows who you are and can show you what you ordered. It will then give you a single click button to go through to PayPal and pay.
You will need to make sure the delivery address is right in PayPal before you order... or have included the delivery address in the comments bit when you order.
^ yeah, of course, me toooo :)
