Watching the swimming last night all the reasonable cost seats full, most of the astronomical cost seats empty, am I right in thinking that a lot of big price seats will be sponsor hospitality?
-

Hospitality and jurnos are all down the front, The seats that you notice when they're empty

I thank Mr. Boyle for recreating scenes from "28 Days later" all over London.
It was wonderful.
In case of a real zombie apocalypse we now know that we only
need to put bright flashing colours on the telly and the braindead will stay
indoors. -

Think I saw a bloke on the news the other day holding a sign at the mens road race saying:
"HTFU Wiggo!"

Our Army is too small to fill all the empty spaces at the football

Wasn't it more that they were 'offering' the soldiers seats as a good will gesture? #evertheoptimist

went to the hockey yesterday
blown away by how nice the vegetation is in the park
canal ways look stunning
reed beds etc once they remove the temporary stadiums and put it back to how it will eventually be, i think we have a new contender for nicest park land in london -

But it won't be a public park, like Victoria Park, it'll be a private park, open to the public.

A lot of it will be built upon actually. 'It's landscape infrastructure'.

I went to the park to see water polo yesterday. Agree that the vegetation and canals are nice. The place still felt like a theme park.

Exactly. There's probably an orphanage or two they could rope in as well.

I'm sure that'll wear off once the tourists and the MacDonalds leave and it reverts back to Newham-ites / Londoners using it

hopefully the places where the scaffolding stadiums are currently will be greened over / landscape infrastructured into more green and pleasant lands
they'll bring in the new IT hub where the media centre is, and the 20,000 apartments will be filled with people

Well done to the British girls in the rowing! A dominant display for the first gold medal.
But Mr.Coe is saying that the stands are "stuffed" so what you're seeing must be an optical illusion
