Not keen on the spacing of everything.

The blue will change back momentarily.

Tough crowd VB. It's worse than when hippy dropped his "cat mask" avatar.

oh my dear god, this isn't a subtle change. What I'm typing now is a different font though to what is going to be posted.

Where are the tags when I need them to cope with this.

Yeah, but the navigation is nicer now... right?

The forum should be in Comic Sans to reflect how fucking hilarious we all are.
This!

This font is 100% of the default size for your browser, operating system and display resolution.
This is actually how big fonts on the web should be.
Before we all got used to 10pt verdana.
Presumably before people started buying bigger monitors. These constant small changes are really messing with my hangover, feels like the whole world has gone a bit wobbly.
While I'm here, I find the drop down menus are a little tricky on my phone, I use the normal version rather than the mobile specific version, in fact is there still a mobile version? I could go and look that up myself.
Thksbye.

Actually I am starting to get used to the new look quite quickly.

This forum has looked shit since it lost the Spok skyline!

My eyes, my eyes!
Shut up and bring back the cat mask. It is the only way.

My font now defaults to really fucking ugly and trying all the fonts listed doesn't bring back whatever it was before (and would probably mess up other things for me).
Everything's definitely better now on my tablet though.

Using chrome, zooming out to 90% makes things look better on my desktop. Personal choice I guess.
But still, everything seems really spaced out.

Google Chrome; why u no let me zoom to 80%?

BTW, this is the ONLY way to develop... on the live servers when you have 1,200 people online.
This is why I should've built a dev environment first.

Google Chrome; why u no let me zoom to 80%?

Horrible font...
Your browser chose it, and I guess that's a user preference... blame the user.

I'm not the only one with sore eyes at the moment then!
Also why is the font big enough to read on posts but as soon as I go to write a post the font is tiny?

In Chrome
Settings : Personal Options : Font Sizes
LFGSS uses a Sans-Serif font, so that's the preference which will affect how the forum is displayed.

Click the spanner icon top right of Chrome (I assume, not 100% sure on Mac version).Link is easier:

Fucking about with browser fonts, I'm finding that when it's right on here, it's fucking tiny on gmail, but gmail doesn't have its own settings to override the browser ones.
I'm now on Verdana 13pt as the sans-serif (proportional) option, allowing other sites to use their own settings instead of mine (Firefox at work), but it's all still a bit wrong.
This can't be right, can it? Why the disparity between 2 sites (gmail / lfgss) which are designed to use browser font settings?
It is harder to skim ream the thread titles in blue.
