Are "Macaroons" considered biscuits? I mean, they look like biscuits. ..Sadly they are biscuits, meaning that you pay VAT on them. If they were cakes they'd be classed as "bakery goods" and they'd be 14.9% cheaper.

I chose the humble Rich Tea in the end. It was dunktastic although went floppy quite quickly.
Good call on the fig roll, nailed a box of them on the weekend. I ate a babies rusk biscuit on the weekend too... rather strange but nice
