I'd buy both

ladees and gentlemaen - there can only be one winner

so all the designs will be collated, the votes counted and the winning design printed

do we really have to only do one t-shirt? or could we do a couple? EDIT: ignore this (i should read more...)

also, who has specific knowledge of how to get the thing done? i have a few designs i am looking to do (very) short runs of. is there a place that'll print them quickly and to a high standard? or is it all more laborious screen-printing?

All designs to be submitted by Friday please.

I'll collate them all and create a voting thing on Friday night/Saturday morning (life, clearly I don't have one).

Idea is to make money for the forum. But if we can do more designs and still make money, that'd be wicked.

velocity boy If the final votes (when we start voting, which we haven't) are split evenly amongst two designs and there are enough people into buying shirts... then yeah.

But if there is one clear winner, and not enough of a market... then no.

Still not sure which ONE to vote for...

Is all the voting going to take place through this thread, or is there going to be a new one with all the entries and a little voting poll thingy set up?

The voting will be: "Vote for ALL of the designs you would consider buying/wearing."

Then we collate all of the numbers together in a big Google Apps spreadsheet and the design (or designs) that collectively the largest number of people would buy and wear would be the ones made.

It's all rather simple.

We'd get a sample and measure them. You don't need to worry about the details yet, just assume you'll be able to buy one that fits.

Yeah, good point. The image does make me smile, but on T-shirt would look naff. 95% of t-shirts with 'hilarious' comedy slogans look shit.
