TBH I've stopped noticing any pain from my ribs since I did the shoulder.
Perhaps breaking a leg would help.

In can kick you in the shins if you require a temporarily painful, but ultimately harmless, experimental cure.

Well despite that little snow-blizzard East London is dry, there's no wind and it's quite a nice mild evening. All the snow disappeared quite quickly.

I'm out, again, this week. Ribs are healing nicely, but I've now dislocated my shoulder. 2010 sucks so far

That makes 2 of us then. I managed to dislocate mine whilst snowboarding last week. Was out of place for about an hour / hour and a half. Man, my last 6 months have been such a shocker for injuries. I'll have to get a Wii and live a virtual modern life.
