With (living) drinks, you just turn up, regardless of what's on the thread. It's how the forum has always worked when it's worked well, you just trust that something will be happening. Occasionally, that means that drinks don't happen and you stay alone, but usually there will be someone there, and if not, you've gone for a nice bike ride. :)

The regulars (by which I don't mean me, I'm distinctly irregular) tend to not post in the thread, but they do also tend to turn up every week, so it's actually very unusual for Easts to truly be dead.

Speaking of which: Easts is Undead. I've just left the idea here. I don't really have the time to organise it at the moment unfortunately due to job/building site/riding commitments but if someone stepped up to the plate it would be amazing and I'd even help out, I just definitely can't be lead organiser!
