its not such a hard thing to do.

you do know these people don't walk around with thief tattooed on their forehead...you have to have proof that the bike has been stolen before you start acting like the terminator.

ha ha yeah this is true ...but to be honest the ones ive seen round Brick Lane were so obvious they might as well have been cutting the lock off in front of you.

thats why its so difficult...just because the bike might seem 'too nice' for them or the rider has his hood up doesn't mean we can act on it...we need proof.

it is also possible that these scums are going through this forum. if you think about it, makes their job easy, what's in what's not, where to spot the nice bikes, which pubs, where we chain bikes, what sells on ebay, etc...if they are that organised, they'd know about this. they might even be posing here as a legit fg/ss member selling their goods!

doesn't tesco have cctv out the front? and usual a security guard? sorry to hear about that andy, that's a nice bike. i've always felt safe locking my bike up outside that tesco, its a busy spot that i always felt was quite secure.
