I'll take your words for it that that Somec frame is amongst the best and most exclusive on the planet but when I see track ends fitted like that and the excess overlapping metal not filed down flush with the seat stays and chainstays the job looks unfinished to me

must be a joke, road frame with chain out of view so we cant see that it doesn't fit and the choice/value of components and lock are just crying out spoof

I doubt that is an intentional joke. expensive parts looking all mismatched and silly. A terrible lock badly used - it screams Japan.
