do people actively attempt to make their bikes make me feel the same way as i did when i watched that video of GG Allin shitting?

Agree. Just needs a set of silver wheels to match cranks/stem/post and would look fine. I suppose it gets it's anti rating due to bad use of expensive front wheel which takes away frather than adds to look?

Agreed.

NO! No way. That's one of the hottest bikes in London.
You have to see it to believe it... super hot.

Edit : I'd like to say, in my defence, that it is probably not the same bake that Hinault rode. He most certainly used the one equipped with campagnolo parts, like this one :

And not Huret, like mine (bottom of this page : http://tinyurl.com/yewdhnx but even then, it says in the description that it is equipped with Dural brakes, whereas mine had Weinmann). Still, I do feel a complete and utter prat.

@ edmundro - as far as I remember he made it himself.. "from bits of tubing i had lying around", he said to me. wanted to see what he could come up with.
the paint job is hand done by his artist friend and you can't see anything here but it is BEAUTIFUL, all vines and roses and stuff as far as I remember (I had a chat with him late one night on Dalston Lane). I think he said it was a two speed gearing based in the bottom bracket (?) and of course then there's the mono fork.
I seriously nearly asked him if he could be build me one there and then. one of the coolest bikes i've seen in a long time.
Is there are a reason behind choosing odd wheels/tyres/hubs apart from having them for £20 off the forum? :-)
