I don't think it's anti at all, the guy has found a way of carrying a whole load of papers on his bike and by the looks of it has done it very successfully. I'm all about DIY and modifying things to suit your needs.
exactly. fucking awesome.

yeah, I thought it look like a great idea, however on a technical aspect I have no idea whether it's a good way of being able to load a lots of item on the front rack, all I can think of is that there's only so much you can put on the front wheel without the weight being too much of a burden.

speaking of DIY job on trying to modify the bike in order to carry more item, check out the FGG's competition;

You seem to forget that almost everyone who slags Brooklyns have never actually ridden them...i on the other hand have been riding them for about 7yrs, and personally know the owner of the company...i'd say that puts me in a better position to present a well researched and calm argument than most.
you could argue (or rant :-) ) that knowing the owner and riding the bikes put's you in a worse position to give a balanced argument for a particular manufacturer.
i'm not saying this is the case with your good self but i'm sure you know what i mean.

True...but i started riding Brooklyns because i really liked their whole philosophy on bikes, as well as their innovative designs at a time when most companies were desperately making 'me too' suspension frames in a bid to have a bouncy bike like everyone else, and then i got to know the owner, rather than buying one and then deciding they were good...but i know what you mean.
Hope that 'rant' was shorter than my usual five to ten pages. :)
