Have exactly the same saddle on my 'keep down the side of the house pop to the shops bike'. It is insanely comfortable. So do not fear for the riders derrière on that. (if you were).

^ finally, a spendy bike that I’d refuse if offered for free.
*okay, unless I had an urgent need to fix a hole in a fence, or something.

I thought the seatpost brake was to get around laws of needing one brake fitted in Japan etc. But then it actually has a front brake anyway. Fail

It gets around the problem of routing a rear brake cable on a track frame, so there's that

Thought you had to have two brakes fitted in Japan anyway

A lot of those were 'merkins, in most states a bicycle is road legal if it has either a hand-operated or coaster brake on the rear wheel, no front brake required.

now ^THAT^ is a bike I’d bite yer hand off for. That’s a lot of packing tape.

Superb, no single redeeming feature, except the frame. Money spent, 'look at me' camera angle and totally oblivious to the carbuncle on the backside of humanity it actually is.
A true classic...... utterly ruined.

You could probably get away with the high bars if you started with Bauer's beach cruiser version

The people behind that Merckx are Millfield Velo, who also gave us that "beauty" not that long ago:
One to watch for sure.

The people behind that
It can't be more than one guy. I can't accept that more than one person looked at that and thought it was acceptable

Huh, actually @PhilDAS I think you’ll find that...
“When we get it right, there’s a sound you can hear – it’s the sound of old meeting new, and discovering they’re great together. When it happens, the sound is often accompanied by childish grins, lots of photos…and sometimes even tears of joy”
...so less of your cheek, maybe?
(Yeah nah).

I’m gonna put the internet away for a bit. I’ve just put my back out cringeing so hard at the ‘Kerbmasters’ bit of that website, arrgh.

If all makes sense once you see that .au url.
I... kind of like it - the more, the longer I look at it. It's a bit of an acquired taste, but basically it's the rat rod aesthetic. Kinda.
Does that mean I'm sick?
