I... kind of like it - the more, the longer I look at it. It's a bit of an acquired taste, but basically it's the rat rod aesthetic. Kinda.

Have exactly the same saddle on my 'keep down the side of the house pop to the shops bike'. It is insanely comfortable. So do not fear for the riders derrière on that. (if you were).

I thought the seatpost brake was to get around laws of needing one brake fitted in Japan etc. But then it actually has a front brake anyway. Fail

A lot of those were 'merkins, in most states a bicycle is road legal if it has either a hand-operated or coaster brake on the rear wheel, no front brake required.

now ^THAT^ is a bike I’d bite yer hand off for. That’s a lot of packing tape.

Superb, no single redeeming feature, except the frame. Money spent, 'look at me' camera angle and totally oblivious to the carbuncle on the backside of humanity it actually is.

A true classic...... utterly ruined.

You could probably get away with the high bars if you started with Bauer's beach cruiser version
