It seems to be a Nitto Mod.V Pistol-Grip.

This is not only ugly but dangerous, because with the bars that low they are likely to hit the wheel when you turn a corner.

Surely the top computer thing (whatever it is) will just be directly in the line of sight when using the aero bars? Also, why 5 computers/garmins/speedos/whatevers?!
