Did chuckle. Thanks.

If you’re talking of the Laser stayer, that bike (and frame) was built this year for European Championship, rider was Vigano (Cinelli Chrome)

Needs a level saddle, black grips and a slammed stem and would ride tbh.

my eyes! sacrilege, ruining such a machine. the rust on those spokes... in retrospect it surprises me they didn't put on a cottered steel crankset

Probably get stick for posting this but man modern time trial bikes have gotten really f*king ugly

Maybe, but they can get away with it because the Tri bikes are even worse.
Also, that P5 isn't bad, there are certainly worse examples in the wild without even picking on triathlengers

That tri bike looks like a dodgy photoshop mock up!
Have the UCI rules on time trial bikes loosened up a little?

There has been a very small change, you'd need to go over a bike with measuring instruments to detect whether the manufacturer was taking advantage of it.

Was just wondering as some of the newer time trial bikes are looking more and more like tri bikes (P5 and Supersplice) whereas the rest of the manufactures seem to be sticking to more 'traditional' looking set ups.
And then some of them are just looking plain bonkers

Never heard of SSIMS wheels before..

P5 isn't new (UCI approval dates from 2011), and AFAIK hasn't changed since the very minor adjustment to UCI regulations was introduced this year.

That must be a tri bike, since no Storck frames appear on the UCI approved list. Triathlengers have their own regulations.

Apologies, you're right it is a tri bike. It appeared on a this list of time trial bikes on Rouleur so I just assumed it was a time trial bike.

This steaming turd of a business
https://brixtonbicycleclub.co.uk/
Seems to have refined the FoffA business model by only offering bikes in two sizes and some incredibly restrictive warranty practices.
-
• #42766
some likely legally indefensible warranty practices.

JJJJound partners with Montreal-based bike brand Bassi to create the B/01. The design of bicycle occupies a middle ground between a laid-back cruiser and a nimble road bike. Hidden fender eyelets allow the option of rainy day riding and a leather shoulder strap aids in carrying the bicycle up apartment stairwells. The new geometry frame complements both short distance errands at a hurried pace and relaxed weekend rides.

great website, shit taste in bieks
Indeed. And in turn it was the sparse availability of high quality wooden tracks and big motos for stayer racing in the UK at the time that led to the proliferation of acid house in the first place. Three days up on speed and a few tabs was the only way kids could match the thrill of the track.
