Going by the 'pro' mechanics I've met, whoever sets up the bikes for Wiggins and hayles may not have realised you can flip a stem for rise.

I think it's something to do with keeping the main triangle smaller to make the frame stiffer. I could probably be wrong.

Hardly, switch out the red chainring and I'd ride that.

Even if I swapped the red chainring and the blue chain and the mismatched green grips and chopped the steerer I'd still hate the frame. But it's set up nicely, I give you that
