They've cut away the bit your sit bones rest on, and left the bit that applies unwanted presssure.
Does not compute.

That Ingria looks so weird. I think the person needs a smaller frame (besides a better taste)

Not the "Seahawk" sticker on the toptube or the eagle on the stem?
-

I don't know or care what a Seahawk is :/
Apart from everything, including the paint, i do like the frame.

That Ingria abomination is baffling. And hilarious.

In 2012 ingriabicycles.com made for me an exclusive frame suitable both for a road bike and a track bike. It has track geometry, track fork ends but with the mount for the rear derailleur. By changing road rear wheel to fixed one you can get a very agressive track bike.
To make the build more of a challenge, I suggested they do the welding in a field, in the middle of the night, using only the light of the moon and whilst galloping past on a horsey.

Re? Can't keep up
I'm so sorry but I actually like that. I mean, it's not a conventional bike, it's certainly not lightweight, but it has something. Besides being funny the geometry looks good, right choice of wheels, wheels/tires/saddle/grips actually match and the same with the frame/fork/bars/stem/cranks/seat post. It's not porn but I think anti is a bit harsh. It's not designed for track racing but it's a very awesome bike to cruise downtown with.

Geometry looks good? Look at the BB drop.. also anti-tyres and frame. Colour matching crank.. and why would you use drops for "cruising downtown"?

I quite like it aesthetically. Lack of foot retention is an issue, unless it's brakeless SS, in which case there are bigger issues.

Track bike / fixed gear
BLB bike frame 58CM, chrome molybdeen tubes

Track bike build with new parts, racing quality.
Only trained about 5-10 times on the track

^Redeemable quite easily (cockpit and rims), unlike the girder.
The symphony in red is a reep, a deserved one.

Keirin handlebars
He might think that, but the position of them says big moto, not Derny, to me.
