^ True. Setup is mind boggling though.

All they need to do is start from scratch.

All they need to do is change the contact points and remove the brake.

I think it belongs here. Especially the rear triangle. Look at the connection near the seat post. Tell me that belongs in porn.
What I don't like about the bike:
Carbon wheels and cranks on that cheap looking steel frame
Beefy bars and stem on a steel frame
Rear triangle
Tire clearance (you can put your luggage there?)
Valve caps (ok you can remove those easily but still -

In 2012 ingriabicycles.com made for me an exclusive frame suitable both for a road bike and a track bike. It has track geometry, track fork ends but with the mount for the rear derailleur. By changing road rear wheel to fixed one you can get a very agressive track bike.
we couldn't use a clamp around the frame's seat tube for the front derailleur, because tube is aero-shaped. the only way to attach it is a braze-on derailleur hanger, but it would make frame look ugly. now, even with all cable guides, it looks clean. so we decided to leave only the rear derailleur to try it and it appeared to be okay.
it also has only a front brake, because when the bicycle was built (i needed it urgently) we couldn't find a short centerbolt for the rear brake, and now i'm just lazy to finish it. but it could be attached if needed.
