    so although it's really cool technology, it's way too heavy.

    Ball bearings? Traditionally used to minimise friction, hubs, BBs etc...
    What would the efficiency of the power transfer be here, compared to a standard chain?

  • I have to take my hat off to this guy for his efforts. He is definitly a better bike tinkerer than I'll ever be. Still needs posting here though.

    To clarify I use 'good ugly' as a term to describe things that look good, but are not by any means pretty.

    My current screen saver is what I would describe as 'good ugly'
