yes! that is a great look, great find. I would like to see it totally striped, full carbon apart from the frame and forks. Then know the weight...

This is one of the NOS Rossin frames a bike shop in Turku Finland found in some warehouse. They apparently then decided to build this one up to be sold as a trendy singlespeed bike, as seen in the photo. And it was sold pretty quickly.

i think its just the angle of the photo, i think they're ment to replicate having hoods for longer racers. tester will no doubt correct me on the specifics
