What I really want to see is how these braklez with no foot retention bikes are ridden. I will take a day off and sit by the side of the road somewhere midway along Scoble's "hipster spice route".

Just perch yourself outside lmnh for a sunny afternoon with some beers and a pack of smokes and and watch people struggling to stop their no foot retention beasts
-

Cool. That's a plan. What are the beers and smokes for, to use as hipster bait to encourage them to perform in the vicinity?

for silly little bikes with daft saddle heights, if you say so.
Rob, it's all your fault.
Fuck off. Try riding a skate park or a pack of trails on 700c. Think before you post.

I threw those away in the late 80s. Hell, I want to laugh at the hipsters not disguise myself as one!
Massive sombrero with a hidden cam will do. -

I dont doubt you could do it, but not to the same standard or level of enjoyment, this doesnt mean i dont want to see a video of you trying on your slicks!

Spotted on holiday in Denmark. Think it's an otp

I think that blue Crosscheck is awesome. I'm not keen on the weird wood effect rims, but stick some silver wheels on it and I'd love to have it for commuting, getting about town and any general riding that's not about speed.
If it had silver wheels and maybe different cranks, I'd be posting it in the porn thread.

My mate had one of those in white and just normal silver rims and components, looked alright but weighed about 4 tonnes

muddy trails fixed on 28c randos was a good laugh... won't be going out of my way to do it again any time soon though.

It is an OTP, they're a popular hybrid in Copenhagen that come in several different model, one with a 105 groupset and drum brake even.
here's another example of an OTP (okay I tell a lie, the front and rear rack are not standard);

I take the 'cross bike to trail centres, can't ride them to the same standard as a full susser but it is more enjoyable.

Actually I was surprised that you didn't do it sooner...
Maybe they're buoyancy aids in case he falls in the water?
